Today, I'm sharing my foolproof method for grilling the ultimate ribeye steak. With my review of the top three grades of ribeye, unique herbed steak rub, and simple instructions, you’ll achieve delicious results every time. Let's get cooking! #beeflovingtexans #ultimatebeeflovingtexan
Herbed Steak Rub Ingredients
¼ cup course ground black pepper
3 tbsp. coarse sea salt
3 tbsp. granulated garlic powder
¼ cup dried minced onion
6 tbsp. dried oregano
6 tbsp. dried rosemary
¼ cup dried thyme

    Thanks for the recipie...BTW table salt is not good for you....celtic or pink hymalian (not from China...has heavy metals) are best as they have all minerals your body needs. Most people are low in sodium and need salt.

    What was even better than watching you two make ice cream was watching you two get along like a married couple should.     What is reverse sear?

      Searing at the end of the cook. Start with an offset cook and then bring it over the fire at the end. In the kitchen you start in the oven then sear over a hot fire at the end.
